The Dispatch: Every “Letter from Elsewhere” is prepared with intention and dispatched from my studio in France on the 15th of each month. Just a first ever letter will be dispatched on 25th of May.
The Investment: To celebrate our community, I provide complimentary shipping within France and preferential rates for our European society members.
Global Travel: For our international members in the USA and beyond, shipping is calculated at checkout to reflect the honest cost of its journey to you (still discounted).
Timing: While the post usually arrives within 3–5 days in Europe, please allow up to 14 days for international wanderings. Sometimes, like for USA it can takes to 6 weeks.
2. Returns & Artistic Integrity
- Nature of the Craft: Because each dispatch contains hand-drawn watercolor maps and curated sensory assets, all sales are final.
- Damaged or Lost Letters: If your letter is lost in the post or arrives damaged, please reach out to me directly at
miyaelsewhere@gmail.com. I will ensure a replacement is sent so your collection remains complete.
3. Membership & Cancellations
- The Monthly Dispatch: You may pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Seasonal Bundles: The 3-month and 6-month seasons are pre-paid journeys; while they cannot be refunded mid-season, you can manage your renewal settings at any time.
- Your Data: Your information is used solely to facilitate your membership and will never be shared.
