A lot of beautiful moments happened here. I went to school here, make long term friendships, experience life through different sports and activities that this beautiful city can offer.  

Whenever you come to this vibrant city you will be able to experience different kind of entertainment. Through all seasons you can visit cultural festivals, concerts, movie festivals, dance performances and a lot of galleries offers the best expositions.

My Recommendation

No. 1 Antique Book Store

A fantastic way to discover this locale is by strolling through the city, popping into churches, quaint cafes, and vintage stores along the way. One of my favourite store is a book store ‘DVERI‘ you must visit!

No. 2 Galerie Camera Obscura

I know of a charming gallery ‘Galerie Camera Obscura‘ that you must visit. The staff there is delightful, friendly, and exceptionally creative, crafting art through the medium of photography. Occasionally, they host special guests showcasing their unique works, and their permanent exhibits are consistently breath-taking.

No. 3 Military Museum

For the first time, I visited this museum when I trained sword fighting. The chronological layout of the displays allows guests to trace the military evolution of this country, from ancient times to the modern era. Whether it’s examining medieval armour, understanding the country’s role in significant historical events, or exploring the technological advancements of the armed forces, the museum offers a rich and educational experience.

No. 4 Waterfront Restaurant Ljubica

“Ljubica” offers freshly caught fish and fish soup. It’s situated by the water, creating an atmosphere that feels like you’re on vacation. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in authentic cuisine, ambiance, and way of life, you must visit this ‘kafana,’ as we call it.

No. 5 Belgrade Urban Distillery

Rakia&Co stands out as one of top gift shops, specializing in this country souvenirs. Situated near the Terazije fountain in the city center, Rakia & Co is a go-to destination for visitors. This shop provides an array of traditional – brandies, wines, homemade culinary delights, and authentic handcrafted gifts.
